Citizens United Paved the Way for Israel and Kleptocracy to Hijack our Constitution and control Washington
Russia’s government is not the U.S. government. Russia has its own laws, policies, Constitution, and political oligarchs to manage the country. Their country, their rules.
And I shouldn’t have to write this, but the same reality applies to other countries: China, India, Iran, U.K., North Korea… Each of these countries are a sovereign nation with their own history, unique cultures, laws and method of governing.
U.S. laws and form of government is not applicable anywhere but in our country. Yet biased media and compromised elected officials speak erroneously about how these countries are breaking the “rule of law” and they say so intentionally using vague references like, “bad actor” or “corrupt government” or “dictator” etc.
Diplomacy exists to bridge the gap between sovereign nations. Our laws hold no sway in Russia, and Russian laws don’t hold sway in the U.S.
That is why the UN and other international organizations were created: to establish international law that preserved human life and dignity, among other things, and to prevent genocide and mass destruction globally. Unfortunately, it hasn’t worked out well for the hundreds of millions of people around the world who were/are tortured and killed through genocide and/or direct wars-for-profit and the resulting spill over of more wars, more chaos, disease, starvation, etc. The problem is that it never worked. The UN et al. are compromised and corrupt as well.
When you look at 500+ million deaths across a century, many patterns emerge:
> Decisions made in boardrooms and capitals about who lives and who dies based on profit calculations.
> Colonial and post-colonial extraction where resources are more valued than the people living on them.
> Arms industries profiting from endless conflict.
> Displacement and exploitation of working people—both in colonizing and colonized nations — treated as disposable
> Wars fought over others’ land, oil, minerals, labor, while the decision-makers and their families remain safe.
> Persistent resistance to accountability: war crimes tribunals are selective, reparations are rare, and the architects of catastrophe rarely face consequences.These failures aren’t just moral failure, they’re failures of governance and justice. A system where human life is routinely sacrificed for profit margins, where the powerful can author disasters and walk away, where entire regions are left devastated while elites extract wealth.
What’s particularly damning is the repetition of the pattern. It’s not one mistake. It’s the operating logic. Palestine, Afghanistan, Rwanda, Yugoslavia, Iraq, Yemen, Congo—the same machinery at different scales.
The challenge, of course, is: what breaks this pattern? What builds accountability when the systems of power have incentive to perpetuate it?
Nothing.
Excessive Wealth and Immorality puts the wrong people in power and religion maintains the status quo.
When I speak of Immorality, I don’t mean that in religious terms. Religion is a cloak of invincibility that the rich and many in power wrap themselves in to justify the mass killing of unarmed children, women and men for-profit. They brainwashed the masses to believe that killing people is wrong, but brazenly convince people that mass killing in for-profit wars is justified under the guise of national security and religious righteousness.
Religion teaches the masses to turn the other cheek. Abide to scripture, submit to elite authority, no matter how violent or compromised; even if it cost your life. Religion is a weapon.
Does anyone know what type of government we are anymore?
The US was constitutionally structured as a federal republic with democratic institutions. Its design on paper (U.S. Constitution) created a separation of powers, checks and balances, elections, constitutional limits on executive authority, and representation of the people through Congress.
But there are some significant gaps between our Constitution in theory and how government actually functions.
Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission (2010) was a Supreme Court decision that ruled unconstitutional certain campaign finance restrictions—specifically limits on corporate political spending.
The Court constitutionalized corporate political spending as a First Amendment right. Meaning the Court interpreted the Constitution as protecting it and in doing so struck down existing laws that had tried to limit that spending.
The Supreme Court established a constitutional interpretation that corporate money in politics is constitutionally protected speech.
Citizens United is a perfect example of how our Constitution, and its structure, is manipulated to serve elite interests.
The ruling treats corporate spending as equivalent to individual speech.
It removes barriers that had tried to limit wealthy interests from dominating elections.
It makes it almost impossible for ordinary people’s votes to compete against corporate money and interest.
Citizens United is the moment when the courts explicitly constitutionalized the power of money in politics, making it harder to reform through legislation.
We are a democracy technically and in theory. But, for all intents and purposes, we no longer represent a democracy. The U.S. represents everything but a Democracy and that is why the label changes.
America has no clear identity: Anyone can describe the U.S. as being any of the forms of government listed below and they would be correct.

Citizens United paved the way for a foreign government to exploit our democracy through various mechanisms, including legalized “pay-to-play,” “pay-for-access,” and “pay-for-photo” opportunities with an Epstein-class predator.
Israel—and what I say next is documented and acknowledged by our own government—has infiltrated Congress, the White House, and the Pentagon. Israeli-linked technology is embedded across federal government agencies and institutions that store data on every U.S. citizen and person living in our country.
Israel, a brutal, genocidal regime, has open access to our federal government and perhaps even state-level institutions. Israel, a hostile terrorist state has the keys to our “government, its institutions, and military” and personal data belonging to person in the U.S. And those keys include “opening the door” to nuclear missiles. Does Israel technology contain “back doors” to our nuclear missiles and DoD agencies Israel can exploit at will?
Think about that for a moment. Take your time; it is important to understand the ramifications of Israel’s merger with the U.S. government and its dangerous influence over high level officials within the U.S. government.
We are no longer a sovereign country.
Triple Whammy: Citizens United, Israeli billionaire/government influence and Kleptocracy
John Berman, of CNN News Central, interviewed someone earlier today on the topic of Trump Jr.’s wedding. The guest disclosed some news that Russian oligarchs helped pay for Junior’s wedding. I don’t know the particulars because I couldn’t be bothered to vet what he said. I am so disgusted with my country and Washington right now that I have to limit what I watch, read and write.
As for the Russian man, and his entourage, if he/they did contribute money towards Trump Junior’s wedding, those funds would have been given in the “Russian spirit” of business as usual.
I learned a while ago that is common in Russia for oligarchs to run state agencies from which they can tap into for personal use, or use as a mechanism to contribute financially for specialized “projects/state investments” thus keeping the elite(s) who is the recipient of such a special project, at a distant from having direct involvement. A case in point is something called Putin’s Palace. Look it up. That is an example of how the Russian government conducts itself. That is how they do things in Russia. And guess what folks, that is their business.
The U.S. government and its elected officials are not supposed to operate as Russian operatives, oligarchs, or officials.
Yet Trump and his family cartel are open kleptocrats. They take from anyone who will give it to them in exchange for access.
In America, it used to be illegal for anyone to profit from their office or the office of a family member (again in theory) but it is done on a daily basis. Political profiteering examples at the highest level of government include Trump Family cartel profiting from Trump’s position as president, Hunter Biden profiting from his father’s position as U.S. president and members of Congress profiting from insider information; as an example Pelosi.
When I write our country is failing, and failing fast, it is.
Our government is fundamentally broken, and I don’t see any way forward because it is compromised at its very core.
Citizens United wiped out the line between a democracy and a kleptocracy.
Before Citizens United, Washington corruption ran deep; there were bribes, quid pro quo, and access bought with money. It’s in the history books. There existed a strong illusion maintained by big money and compromised politicians in power that I will label as “legal fiction” for the purpose of this post.
An example of “legal fiction” is campaign finance back in the day. Campaign finance laws were enacted by the same crooks in congress who abused the system. I guess the silver lining is that those compromised politicians had to work harder to cover up their corruption and abuse of power while in office. Small consolation to the American people then and now.
After Citizens United, that “legal fiction” collapsed. Unlimited dark money and super PACs purchased political outcomes with zero transparency. Examples: Elon Musk dropping $250 million on Trump, major tech CEOs bundling donations for Biden, or hedge fund managers bankrolling Congress members.
Who is the world’s bogeyman?
In 2026, the difference between Russia and America is the costume.
Russian oligarchs don’t pretend democracy exists. For them, kleptocracy is business as usual.
In the United States, Republicans, Democrats, and corporate oligarchs dress kleptocracy in forced-choice elections and twisted constitutional language that provides them with the legal mechanisms to safely engage in kleptocratic behavior with impunity.
Russia is not the bogeyman. Washington is.
